Terms and Conditions – Paint Riot
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Paint Riot, located at 262 George St, Aberdeen AB25 1HN. By booking a splatter painting session, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking.
1. General
Paint Riot is a business offering splatter painting sessions for individuals, groups, and events.
These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, in person, or via phone.
Paint Riot reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on our website.
2. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or in person.
A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total session price.
Full payment must be made prior to the start of the session unless otherwise agreed.
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or any other payment method offered at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations by the client: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked session. If you cancel within this time, you may reschedule the session to a future date. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
Cancellations by Paint Riot: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. equipment failure, staff illness). In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Session Participation
Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation of the booking without a refund.
We recommend wearing old clothing or clothing provided during the session, as paint may not be removable from fabrics. Paint Riot is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings.
Safety measures: All participants must adhere to the safety guidelines provided by Paint Riot staff. Paint Riot is not liable for injuries caused by failure to follow these guidelines.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
5. Health and Safety
We take health and safety seriously. All paint used is non-toxic and suitable for creative activities.
Paint Riot is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, please inform us at the time of booking.
COVID-19 policies: If applicable, Paint Riot follows government health guidelines. Participants may be required to wear masks or maintain social distancing.
6. Liability
Paint Riot is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the session.
We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that occur during or after the session, except where caused by negligence on the part of Paint Riot.
7. Photography and Media
Paint Riot may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. By attending a session, you consent to the use of your image in our promotional materials, including social media.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us at the beginning of the session.
8. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased from Paint Riot are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Vouchers are transferable and can be used to book any available session, subject to availability.
9. Complaints

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
